We look forward to providing you with the best service on your Wedding Day, portrait date and any other dates you require makeup service. To keep us both protected and committed to one another there is a contract that we both will sign. This locks in your date and secures your appointment times. Please advise us of the amount of people that require makeup and hair three weeks prior to your wedding date so that we can reserve times and provide you with a sufficient amount of artists. Any changes that cause us to be unprepared are not our responsibility however we will do the best we can to accommodate your needs. Versi will need a credit card to hold all appointments for parties of 3 or more. A 48 hour cancellation policy is in effect which will result in a charge of %50 of the prices for appointments booked if not canceled prior to the 48 hours of wedding date. Fees and Payment Schedule: $50 Bridal Trial Makeup Consultation at Versi Salon $65 for Airbrush $100 non-refundable Save the Date fee required upon signing contract for makeup $100 non-refundable Save the Date fee required for booking hair appointments $75 Bridal Portrait at Versi Salon add $100 for on location and $15 for Airbrush $65 and up Bridal Hair for Trial and Portrait at Versi add $100 if on location Rehearsal Dinner Night Makeup $50 Rehearsal Dinner Night Wash and Blowdry $35 updo $65 and up Wedding Day: $75 Bridal Makeup with Lashes at Versi Salon $90 for Airbrush $100 travel fee if on location up to 20 miles from salon, distances above this requires an extra travel fee of $25/hour $65 Full Makeup for Moms and Bridesmaids add $15 for Airbrush and $10 for lashes $25 Makeup for Flower girls 12 and under $65 and up for Updos add $100 travel fee if at your location (extra $25 per hour if over 20 miles from salon) *All fees payable by cash or check upon completion of the services. On location requires a minimum of 4 people for both hair and makeup services. Save the Date Deposit will be credited to final bill if services are in our salon otherwise, it will be appliced as a travel fee for on location services. *Fees for parking must be paid for or signed for by the Bride or her parents. No appointments will be held without both the signed contract and deposit. Hair appointments also require a $100 Save the Date non-refundable fee. No exceptions will be made for required deposit(s). Cancellation after booking and paying deposit(s) will result in forfeiture of full deposit. All fees pertaining to makeup and hair services rendered for trial consultation, portrait session, etc. must be paid immediately at time of service. We commit to a professional level of service that will be provided to you during all required makeup events. In order to offer our best service, we require that you give us the final head count for makeup three weeks prior to the wedding date. Add-ons will be at the discretion of the hired makeup artist as we will not compromise our professionalism. Makeup artist shall not be held responsible for last minute additions, however; we will do the best that we can to accommodate.
